On Sayona , its interesting that the deal has been announced including the take up of shares etc.. by Directors...and it being a relatively short ' gestation ' period with the rights issue overall. As you would know , it is typical for the customary ' Blackout ' periods of inside buying either side of Annual Report and AGM's .....so it might have all become a little bit more ' muddy ' if it had of been put off to November / December . So obviously time was in some ways the essence on this deal . Whether Guo Ao Lithium Ltd (Guo Ao) was going to offer it up elsewhere and for whatever personal and business reasons they had for going now may never truly be known.

But again , it is interesting that they would have had to have FIRST gone to SOQUEM ( I.Q ) , and immediately who I.Q comes up with is Sayona. So this says a lot in so far as the ' Deal ' machination's , and how it all came to be......and for waht longer term beneficial reasons for NOT only Sayona , but for I.Q as well.......
