Excuse my ignorance but in general small business terms (which I know this is not) you build the business and as it grows and becomes more financial you expand gain further equipment contracts etc etc . If SYA keep putting their hands out and continue to dilute the shares doesn’t this mean in the end our share price will actually be less ? Not by any means am I trying to be negative as I plan on holding my shares long term but but when is the dilution going to end and production start ? I do also understand the position they are aiming for but if it fails the cost is far greater than if it were built slowly .
