Like I said , both cad and lpd haven not come anywhere remotely near their last CR pricing and they both have literally billions of shares on issue as well . There are no set rules or expectations regarding this. The only one which would be relevant in Sayona's case by comparison would be the ' indigestive ' effects of backing up this raising on top of the last one. But anyone should be able to stand back and see clearly through this as to what the overall strategy in now being set for.

And it's BIG. They didn't pay US$86.5 million because this was a small project. There is a BIGGER strategy here which is many many multiples of this upfront acquisition cost. And we've covered a lot of them. If you think the Market doesn't know this , then you'd have to be pretty naive in my opinion.
