Steady folks. Nice move today. And like I had said in an earlier post , if it goes to CR price or below I would BUY. And I did just that today in adding 2 million more to my already satisfactory holding balance.
And I never said it couldn't go to CR , I just pointed out that it s NOT a hard and fast rule and gave some recent examples. I also mentioned that the BIGGEST uncertainty in comparison with this raise to others was the fact being whether the market would have the same ' appetite ' or rather whether it would be suffering a bit of indigestion from the previous SPP raise and it's 600 odd million new shares verses the circda 850 million new shares this time round.
So nothing all that surprising of ' earth shattering ' ....or even sinister going on here folks.
And to those who seem to spend more time focusing on others and what they are doing , saying or posting - this is also not a new revelation as I have been enduring this from those sorts of posters for 4 years. Ask them how their other ' Tech Play ' is going and how much they actually know about that stock as well.....
So to those will try and spin the narrative and say I said this or said that and who do not believe that I had said and expressed my ONLY concern about this raising - they are welcome to go back to my actual post which was only days ago.
So the main thing in situations like this is to remain calm and steadfast in your approach , have a plan as I did , and execute that plan or part of that plan as I have done today.
What this move provides for me is that it provides more certainty around the 14 - 14.5 cent valuations as well as the earlier valuations given , as well as the ' Wyckoff's ' theories of ' Composite Minds of the market posturings and controlling outcomes.
And I refer the ' Valuations ' because we have now effectively lost approximately $231 million in adjusted MC terms from the previous 18.5 cent levels
And expressed another way , we've lost approximately $230.62 million from 18.5 cents to 15.5 cents - lost another $123.25 million to 14.75 cents giving us a market cap of approximately $907 million .
From there we will then be adding from tomorrow and Monday 1st November another 830,890,152 million ' New ' shares at 14.5 cents which will add another $120,479,072 onto our theoretical market capitalization bringing it back to an approximate $1.030 billion ...which then compares to the $1.137 billion from where we started from a 18.5 cent just 2 days ago. So in the wash up , only down $109.5 million in MC terms and still inline and comparable to Sigma Lithium Corp's MC of $C951 million ( A$ 1.0337 billion ) .
I therefore would suggest that in the balance of probabilities , and on what the market knows already as well as reacted preemptively to the valuation as well as against other peer companies is it should be thereabouts in step with Sigma and therefore at least ' fair value ' as a starting point for news shareholders to participate from the CR pricing level before moving forwards again.
