True. But the NAL acquisition was ' EXPECTED ' shortly into July , yet the VALUATION which was driving the SP 2.5 times from its 7.4 cents closing price on 30th June and 2.05 times from the 9.0 cent levels on 5th July. So the BIGGER gains were there to be got for those who had done some homework back in late May and June as to the valuation .....and then bought LARGE. But you still could get 7's in late July as well.

But the thing is , I saw no TA at that time saying that even the 9's ....or 12's would be revisited again before the 14 - 14.5 key price was achieved. And that is really my point I am making with foxy ......You needed to know well before then and stay the course on your valuation convictions and you FA research.

And so it ( Sayona ) is still very much a Valuation Play as against a TA play in my opinion. And I bought yesterday on the FA , not the TA . The TA was only there to support the FA as to the reasons why 14.5 cents was chosen for the pricing of the rights. That's all. The short blip of FA was what brought it back due the Market re-evaluating the ' Valuation ' of the deal verses the price and number of the shares being offered.
