I do see your point about wasting to much time following the SP every day, especially if your idea is to simply hold until 2023 etc...
If you are a trader then of course you need to be on it all day everyday, it's a job. Life passes by very quickly, so to get out and about is important, after CR it's always the same , low expectations of an Immediate rebound, probably the best time to walk away for a few days unless you are buying. But each to their own of course. If one is confident about the company they have researched then one should be able to relax and take time off, unless of course one has doubts! Personally I think SYA is one stock no holders need to worry about, and if you are not planning on selling day to day then it's easy to walk away and feel confident.
