I agree that it will always be better to get your SP and valuation up. But my point is it wouldn't be a capital raising in the sense of what I think you are suggesting - it would be a friendly ' Script Offer ' to the target company .....so there would be no further issue of shares to shareholders and only to the holders of the target company. So use the strength of your Script and the Valuation when you can is what I am more saying here. Go on an absolute spending spree while you can before ALL the low hanging fruit is completely gone.

So for instance , maybe Victor Cantor would be up for something like that ....who knows really when things are heating up the way they are at the present moment. And they are only worth C$ 27.44 million after yesterdays ' POP ' .....so they are cheap when you look at how further advanced their JORC is at their Sirmac project which is only 30 - 40 odd kilometres away from Moblan as compared to say even someone like Jourdan with their nearology to NAL.
