I don't believe I said that or used that word. So don't infer that I did. But I would say that Brokers are running algorithmic trades within their brokerage firms and against their client book. That is not what I would call a conspiracy but more a likelihood since they have the better access to the ASX and dark markets ...and can bee seen often to be the market makers and price setters in some if not many stocks. So it only stands to reason that they have the software platforms and I.T invested in these systems.

And that is where they ( the ASX ) need to look into in my opinion. For me it doesn't matter much because I have my own systems and have been operating within the framework of ASX and other exchanges for many years. So words like ' Conspiracy ' really don't phase me much.
