Arf. Im a little concerned with that US FED woman proposing "Unrealised Capital Gains Tax"
They say its just for the wealthy? however going off history they will sneak something where the "middle-class" will be extracted from this.
Maybe you and split can shed some light on this?
Thats means thay will tax your shares even if you dont sell on Tax reporting season.
