Keep in mind that the underwriters or the Rights Issue might take the opportunity to sell their shares bought for 14.5c to make a quick profit. Until those shares have been sold, there might be lack of SP momentum.
Of course, positive announcements will also add momentum to the SP, and the general media enthusiasm for renewables is not about to cease IMO.
