If the calculation is fitting right:
In case of a share consolidation of 1 share to every 10 shares,
the total number of shares will be = 686,734,886.3
And if the market cap reaches $2 Bln = $2.912 (SP)
If the market cap was $1.5 Bln = $2.184 (SP)
The real reasoning would be when and why the consolidation will happen.
Will SYA management consolidate the stock when they a very close to production or when a sense of stability is achieved with the daily SP movement?
After the consolidation takes place, be it whichever ratio of reverse split applied, how will it impact the SP moving forward if we are still not in production phase?
Just a thought here.
And will really appreciate everyone's opinion and feedback.
