Let me say that I’m a long term holder, believe in the company and its strategy, etc, etc. But this deal struck with Piedmont which is price capped at $900 for the life of the mine is stupidity. Ive been in business for over 30 years in a range of different sectors and at very senior levels. Never before have I seen such an agreement. I cant imagine anybody thinking that this was a reasonable deal for SYA shareholders.
