To be clear I don't think we will be producing hydroxide or carbonate by Jan 2023, but we will be producing spodumene. We will need to sell that product to someone who has the hydroxide or carbonate ability until we get our plant completed. When you look into the US and Canada to see who might be able to buy this from us, the list is pretty light.
Again it was a homework assignment. Find any company in north america who can produce Hydroxide or Carbonate by Jan 2023. This would be the companies that we could potentially have an off-take agreement with for our other 50% of spodumene until we get our plant commissioned.
