Add to that the fact that Livent who is partners with Pallinghurst in Quebec with their Nemaska ....Becancour proposal and are ALREADY producing 10,000 tpa of Hydroxide out of its North Carolina Bessemer City operations and looking to increase that by 5,000 tpa in 2023.Coincidence that North Carolina is also home to the Piedmont proposals PLUS Livent and Piedmont BOTH have offtake agreements with Tesla .Tesla obviously locking up most of the earlier planned North American production of Hydroxide .And with ALL these coincidences , its much much easier to see what is actually unfolding and going on here......
