I'm not really a betting man but if I were to bet, I'd say that it's in anticipation of the infrastructure/reconciliation bills vote which go before the House today.
If those pass, then it's off to the races for Lithium stocks and everything related to renewables. Think it might be one last, all out effort by the Insto's to push down the floor price.
