I have information which would suggest that the Bankruptcy proceedings of NAL will be overturned or ' Annulled ' .....and that it is more a case of the conceived ' Hub ' strategy ultimately getting Authier's spodumene ' off - taken ' from NAL .....rather than SYA ' taking -off ' with NAL . So SYA should survive through the recent Lithium Industry woes courtesy of Canadian Government funding initiatives ......but will only be a ' Supplier ' of it's product to the Hub and not an owner .....or at best only a JV partner which in itself will take some serious ' agreement ' from NAL , IQ , CATL , Ministry of Natural Resources aka MERN .....and of course G.G Entrepenuer who was the ' Third Party ' NAL mine operator.

These are my opinion's only - and which seem to support why the SP is more or less ' stagnant ' in factoring in any benefits from the ' Superior Bid ' thesis....
