SB don't worry you wouldn't need to dip your hand in your pockets as current holders would get free shares in the 2 companies and can sell if they want and hold the options. or just cash in the lot. The ones putting their hands in their pockets are the new investors as SYA would hold 33% Current holders 33% and "Sophisticated investors" 34%.
