The critical catalyst should be the Authier BAPE. Its been 3 years. Will there be further objection or blocks? Did our confidence level increase?
There should be changes in Q law to facilitate the development of Q as a lithium hub. If all mines ended up with such a long process, all opportunities will be lost.
