Just a thought. Inflation is coming down pretty hard. Materials and goods are sky-rocketing which then i would assume CAPEX Would increase significantly.
So if that's the case we are in a petty good spot tbh. $450m saved on starting up.
Imagine building a plant in a few years when everything cost more.
