Yes, bought on OTC through my broker. I opened a very small position with them (30k shares) on the gamble that the rest of their drill program is going to prove satisfactory enough for SYA to enter into a relationship with them via NAL.
I am hoping for something along the lines of SYA getting a certain % of Jourdan, in exchange for letting Jourdan process their spod at NAL. That, to me, is a win-win deal and allows SYA to "expand" without further dilution or loss of capital.
