I count with skyrocking additionally costs of arround 100Mio Euro what would be plus 25%.Materials went up crazy 2020/2021 and next years will not be better. Lot of people here in Germany who where building a house had to stop it because the calculation went out of control.But in general you can see and feel the inflation all over. Very important factor good that you mentioned it.
