Hmm...Sayona announcement stated the agreement was for UP TO 60,000t of product....the 50% reference in the announcement might be interpreted by others (SYA shareholders ?) as 50% of the total production if the total production results in less than 60,000t pa being achieved (otherwise the announcement would have been "minimum of 60,000t). One for the lawyers to mull over the detail in the actual agreement document. SB also has looked at the practicalities of this agreement from other aspects previously.
