And what we can determine from Yahua's move above is, the Chinese, who have undoubtedly been the LI battery manufacturing leaders for some time now, know, they have to put there foot on as many critical raw materials as they can, particularly with the Western World increasingly wanting to mine and process these critical raw materials and manufacture LI Batteries themselves....but it must be said, Australia is dragging the chain on trying to develop its own Li Battery manufacturing plants, an opportunity in waiting........IMO
