Got to tell you I'm a bit of a sceptic too but there were trades going through at .032, within seconds they were followed by trades for .031. Trades of around $50. No retailer would buy parcels of $50 when it costs $20 -$25 just for the trade.
Happy to hear an alternative explanation.
