I suspect you're a new arrival here and in CXO - otherwise you certainly wouldn't be quoting CXO as the poster child of meeting BOD's promised milestone's.
To suggest that CXO over the past 12 months have regularly hit milestones & promises made by Biggins is quite frankly laughable ....
