Market doesn't like uncertainty, which can be reflected in SP. You understand TA and FA, so you will know what I am talking about, one more point, I know PLL initially supported SYA, but i don't like capped deal. I have lot to say but won't say. I have learned to never emotionally attach to the stock. i am not expecting any news any time soon, and in the mean time SP is trending down wards. Hopefully they can find big offtake partner for remaining of spod/carbonate and someone who can initially provide financial support to fund their capex, as further CR can cripple the SP growth.
