Correct me if i'm wrong, or if this has already been discussed.
Aren't they bound by the corporation's act to facilitate an annual general meeting before the year-end? Historically they've done it every Sept/Oct, like clockwork. Hopefully, this will provide some clarity shortly - as there's a limited window before year-end.
