I agree with you split. You can remove a zero for the concentrator, refurbishment.
I think he is confused with the carbonate plant.
The carbonate plant /refinery, BL has been quoted as 200mill, as its only half built. But that would be 2025, not 2023, and after we have been producing sc6, and the revenue generated from its sale.
