Sure hope you are correct.
They have employed key staff at NAL, these people should be able to assess a 'definitive' timeline for NAL, this in itself will make a difference to the SP, isn't Guy also a engineer? And shouldn't he know the plant inside and out?
I think all this talk about upgrading and or changing the current plant is ridiculous. They need to start producing quickly and not worry so much about the 'big' upgrades at this point in time. Focus on the little upgrades first and get moving.
