Good Call Justfreindau- I had the same concerns. I've been sitting along the side lines along with probably the majority waiting of people for someone to clarify or discuss. Im certainly not interested in down damping (ive got a late wedge invested), but what is the likelihood of things getting blocked at a local or state level? After BAPE is there any other possibilities for blocks?
If they can build a Uranium mine in the middle of Kakadu then.....
