Looking back at the NAL award to SYA, the bid analysis and detailed bid for SYA remains under seal by direction of the court. Do you think this is for a specified period of time or is this forever?
I can only suspect that the details of our off-take partners or plans for downstream expansion are crystal clear in those documents. Hence, the reason that a 2026 timeline for downstream facilities to be operational. Just how long can this information be withheld from the public, and more importantly shareholders?
There is both a 12/13 deadline and possible 12/28 deadline (assuming 90 day period).
