Lastly - I still continue to be confused about this - Several of our competitors are building plants from scratch. In almost every case they project a 24 month timeline from breaking ground to first production. Sayona is projecting 3 years for a plant that already exists and needs a few updates... I just don't get it!!!
Could it be that SYA are waiting for Authier BAPE and commencement of extraction of ore at Authier before starting the NAL plant, thereby implementing the previously advised plan to blend the ore from both mines?
I hope that is not the case, but it may be that they are not as yet confident of the ore grades at NAL. Results of the unreleased drilling assays at NAL will hopefully provide some assurance of ore grades, quantity and distribution.
