Contrary to what others say, that you may hear "Production is far off" this is further from the truth. Expected first shipment is July 2023 to PLL then TESLA. So in order to meet this "Contract" one would assume to start or plans to start production Q3/Q4 this year.
Your definition "100%" is quite vague. Sayona have several leases which are 100% and others 50%. As for the Plant itself, PLL own a stake.
