What I have experienced working in mining and manufacturing over the years is any new plant or redundant plant being prepared for production will need a substantial testing lead in time before going live. This will entail machinery and equipment running and performing the task it was designed to do as well as personel learning and becoming familiar with the plant (there "will" be issues and problems that will need solving). Therefore, what I see with all this recruitment is Sayona preparing for a start up of NAL to begin testing the performance of the plant in preparation for production in 2023 (or there abouts). IMO
