I would think this project is being fairly well controlled by the Quebec Government...
IQ has a "Governance Agreement" with Sayona Quebec... including VETO RIGHTS with NAL shares.
This was all worked out many moons ago to be kept in-house as much as possible.
Whether Moblan / Northern Hub has similar conditions with SOQUEM I'll have to check...
The Two hubs may run completely separate with differing offtakes or... ?
