Mate......there is some really interesting ' Historical ' information about not just Railways in Quebec but also Minerals Mining and Processing in General. Don't get me started , but if you are a Canadian History Buff , you would find it incredibly interesting in so far as how it might all relate back the Quebecois's proud history of independence and culture and how this could be tied into their responsiveness to Rail issues as well as certain US companies ( particularly from FLORIDA ) . A starting point would be to research and ask yourselves why is it the Quebec never built a line from the great mining District of Rouyan-Noranda to Val -d'oR . Was it just plain Stubbornness to the English Crown ....or more an absolute Sovereign Financial Issue.

On the minerals side of issues , you have to go back as far as the early 1900's when not just Quebec but a lot of Canada was profitably producing a mineral called ' Apatite ' for various phosphate , and sulphate outputs. Quebec was quite BIG in this mining activity until a certain ' Florida ' based mine came into production smashing the Global price stability and crushing this highly profitable Quebec Industry. I guess history does well and truly come complete circle sometimes . Especially if you have any regard for what the Chinese had done previously to Lithium pricing......

And one thing I'll say about the French is that they have very long memories.....

tracking. Québécois separatists mind set is still a thing and Quebec in general have always had strong links with the US e.g. war of independence, New Orleans and Florida trade for a couple of centuries.

History lesson aside, reading between the lines of PLL, this can be big for SYA with the focus in operationalising project; digging, processing spod and making money for all invested without faffing about.

Great times ahead...
