They may have left out a crucial bit of information - was it year end 2020 or ?? If it is 2021 it probably won't matter - may not even exist by then.
There is no certainty in 'Targeting' - the only certainty is that a lot of places are quickly coming into holiday mood.
Additionally, it would be nice if they could indicate what actually is left to do to get it passed rather then an open ended 'Progressed further' - we don't know whether this is like being a 100th in a queue - but progressed further from being 101st.
