Maybe the Fed are going to hold back while all this turmoil in Europe sorts itself out. Doing a bit of research suggests if there was to be an invasion it will most likely have to occur in the next month or two with the land thawing after that would slow down movement and bog down tanks and heavy machinery,also Tesla earnings tonight I think.
