I feel like it is important to do what you commit to. Sayona constantly misses targets, as a matter of fact I can not remember one that they have actually hit. Can you? You know, and I know, and they know that the government would not be open to receive the document after this week, they knew that on the 24th of November as well. Knowing this, they should have published externally "End of January" and internally targeted early January.
Here's and idea; each time you publish a target and miss it, your compensation goes down by 8%. You get to keep your job if you actually make all yearly targets.
They will never instill investor confidence by constantly being late on everything.
