I'm assuming you are only talking about the 800 odd million shares from the LAST raise for the acquisition of Moblan........because it wasn't too much at the time prior to that transaction to drive the SP from the previous time it was 12 - 12.5 cents to 17.5 - 19.75 cents.......

Similarly , it wasn't too much SOI to have driven the total shareholders count from below 20 thousand to over 27 thousand.

So I'm not at all convinced that the SOI is what is holding the SP back. In fact if 3,000 additional shareholders bought only 100,000 shares each at the present level , that would represent near enough the obligatory substantial holding balance of 5 %.

And didn't we go more recently from 24,000 shareholders to over 27,000. So YES it doesn't and should take all that much if the Market puts paid to rest some of the surrounding uncertainties it may or may not have at the present moment.
