Now one thing I appreciate is that while communication has been lacking, they have delivered on the majority of milestones they have set up for themselves.

While they may not have the frequent marketing comms like LKE & LTR, SYA has been heads down to get the job done. With how lean their organisation is, I'm worried they have bitten off more than they can chew. These next couple months will be testament if they can keep on target with their ambitions. Keep in mind key management have just been onboarded, so give it another 2-3 months for them to really sink into their role and we can get some key traction.
