If you look at Jourdan's investment deck, it is their hope as well, to JV for the use of NAL to process their spod. They are open about their desire to do so- and so it's all in Sayona's hands right now.
I just don't see how a JV doesn't happen, especially if the complications regarding Tansim gets to be too much.
