Just a note, in doing some math the Tesla contracts with LTR and CXO, are both of a similar size 100,000 tonnes for LTR and 110,000 for CXO of 6% spodumene. Each contract is about enough lithium for about 200,000 vehicles, so about 400,000 vehicles total, considering that Kato Rd and Giga Austin are each looking to produce 220-250K vehicles annually and these contracts must be viewed as meager within the scale of the amounts of Lithium Tesla will require. Offtakes agreements will be forthcoming when this thing actually starts to fly.
BL let slip(then corrected himself) in the AGM that they were looking at the USA, for "the deal", could and probably still will be Elon.
