My point is that for Sayona there are decisions that are more difficult to make. If Sayona is focused on 2025 for 2nd transformation then they would be starting the build process in mid to late 2023, I doubt that PLL will be able to afford 25% of this refinery bill without further CR or loan facility. So I am not sure who is biting off more than they can chew?
