I am not certain as why would Tesla want to buy SYA as they have there own stuff to sort out in Nevada with the 10,000 hectares of mining rights acquired in probably 2020. Also again, anything is possible.
Lets hope for the best outcome and that SYA maintains itself as a sole majority owner/operator.
Do the experienced folks on here have any recent update/information or speculation about the BAPE process
