For the removal of doubt, you are saying that NO EQUITY CAPITAL proceeds will be raised where any portion of said proceeds will have "use of proceeds" noted as something like "to advance Sayona’s projects, including the integration of NAL and the development of a pathway to spodumene production in 2023". This includes drawing down further on the Acuity facility.
For you "Fully Financed Basis' means no further equity (so no preferred shares, no convertible notes, no debt with any form of equity kicker) - its going to be 100% finance with a traditional structured loan.
