What's your source for that? And proof, for that matter?
I have repeatedly brought this up and nobody has shown direct proof of that. Copy/pasting text without source is not proof.
Unless someone can show proof that there actually was/is "problems" with NAL, and furthermore that these problems were not dealt with, prior to Sayona becoming majority owner of NAL, it is nothing more than speculation or rumor.
