Basically we are not keen on short attacks. It destroys value. The concern i suppose is about having a someone or a group within our midst. Hence the cautioning.
As best as we can, we just want the train to move nicely on schedule and on time. It helps many livelihoods and even changes lives. The potential is huge but we do not want anyone to get killed along the way.
