I hope the decisions come sooner than later. We are already in April and only a certain period say 7-8 months before Canada goes into hibernation through winter again.
IMO If they can't hit the ground running early 2022 I think SYA/PLL will be needing to invest alot to meet demand. As I have kept saying the clock is ticking and cannot continue at the current speed.
