Once I read the announcement today I knew this was a big deal. Pallinghurst, who at one point wanted to own all of Nemaska is now exiting (kind of). This is definitely a calculated and strategic move for them and I think you are right about us seeing the results of this very soon. According to the announcement there will be more details of the deal discussed in the earnings call tomorrow so I am anxious to here if there more about the what the bigger picture is from their perspective.
